Vendors Producing Goody's Price Tickets

* NEW Addition to Vendor-Produced Tickets *

Effective immediately, all vendors approved to print their own tickets for Goody's orders should add the new "SWK code" to the tickets.

This code should appear on a line by itself on the ticket and be in the below format (example):

                                  SWK 1810

* The code will always begin with "SWK"

* The first number of the 4 digit code represents Season: 1 = Spring, 2 = Fall, B =  Basic Replenishment Season is indicated on your Purchase Order.

* The second number of the 4 digit code represents Year.  Please print the last digit of the year indicated on your Purchase Order Cancel Date (ex. 8 = 2008, 9 = 2009, etc.)

* The last 2 numbers of the 4 digit code represent Goody's Fiscal Week #.  Using the below Goody's Fiscal calendars, locate the WEEK # that the Cancel Date of Goody's Purchase Order falls in. (ex. Goody's PO with cancel date of 4/11/08 falls in Fiscal Week #10).
